As a tenant, Bourkes has been the best agents I have ever had. Everything was always explained very clearly and communication is very good (although I don\’t always respond in a timely fashion!). Inspections were conducted regularly and any issues picked up were dealt with promptly so they look after the property very well for the owners. If I raised any issues they were also dealt with in a timely fashion. Unfortunately I am now moving interstate otherwise I would continue to rent with them.
