In 1998, Alan Bourke founded Bourkes Property to deliver localised property sales and management services to South Perth and the surrounding suburbs. 20 years on and our promise has evolved to offer our clients the best experience. We aim to be the leading full-service real estate agency in the City of South Perth and surrounding suburbs by delivering exceptional service and focusing on client results.
While our growth has been built around this unique concept, this was only possible with our other key ingredient: our people. We make it our priority to only employ straight-talking professionals who are genuinely capable and motivated to help every seller, tenant, buyer or landlord through the lettings or sales process.
