Her leadership expanded the business from a single office to a network of 12 across Western Australia, achieving a turnover of $45 million. Maree’s journey began in 1978 as an administrator, progressing through every administrative and financial role, including Financial Controller, before taking on senior leadership. Her visionary leadership and commitment was pivotal in the company’s sustained success over 20 years.

Today, as the Director of Bourkes, Maree brings a fresh vision, commitment, and drive to elevate the business to new heights. She is dedicated to fostering innovation, nurturing talent, and delivering exceptional results for clients and the community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Maree is deeply committed to her family. She and her husband, Simon, have two adult children, Caitlin and Lachlan. Family life is a cornerstone of Maree’s values, and she cherishes the time spent together, whether it’s enjoying family dinners, supporting each other’s endeavours, or celebrating milestones.
