Melissa is a business executive with more than 25 years’ experience across real estate, finance, settlement services and property with a genuine passion for helping businesses grow.

As Chief Operating Officer and Shareholder of a leading real estate group for over ten years, Melissa played a key role in growing the business into one of Western Australia’s largest independently owned real estate groups. Her dual role as both leader and shareholder gave her hands-on experience driving performance, building scalable systems, leading acquisitions and creating lasting value for the business and its people.

She was instrumental in growing the business from a single office into a network of 12 offices generating around $45 million in annual revenue, while also overseeing the group’s finance company, property management division and settlement agencies.
Melissa has played an active, hands-on role in more than ten business and rent roll acquisitions, working closely with owners, financiers, accountants and solicitors to make sure every transition is smooth for staff, clients and the business alike.
