Kim commenced her career in real estate in Broome at age 18 years.  She has worked in the Property Management divisions of two large franchise companies before coming to Bourkes.

Kim decided to join the team at Bourkes, where she continues to provide the high level of service that she prides herself on – assisting people in seeing the value of having a dedicated Property Management Team behind a client’s most valuable asset.  Kim’s personal mission is to ensure that the client experiences highest level of service.

A testament to her dedication – Kim was invited to join the highly celebrated Chairman’s Club for Raine & Horne after being awarded ‘The Best Portfolio Increase over 2 years’ between 2009 and 2011.

Kim is now enjoying the beaches of Perth and family time with her husband Glen and young son Baylee. The Austen’s enjoy travelling and are passionate about skiing – often trading some summer sunshine for a few weeks of snow!
