Kim first began her real estate career in Broome at the age of 18. She has gained experience in the Property Management field with two large franchise companies prior to joining Bourkes Perth Property Management Team in 2013.

Kim continues to deliver exceptional service, emphasising the importance of a dedicated Perth Property Management Team in managing clients’ valuable assets. Her primary goal and passion is ensuring clients receive the best experience and highest level of service and offering the personal touch.

Her commitment to excellence led her to be recognised by Raine & Horne, where she was invited to join the prestigious Chairman’s Club for achieving ‘The Best Portfolio Increase over 2 years’ from 2009 to 2011.

Kim is also involved in BNI for the past 16 years which connects her with the very best trades in the industry which Kim loves sharing with her clients – anything to make the move easier for them.

Kim enjoys spending quality time with her two children, Baylee and Charlee. Kim shares a passion for traveling and skiing, along with the beach after growing up in Broome, her kids love Cable Beach and the sunsets as much as Kim.
