Sandra’s wealth of experiences both through her prior professions and her knowledge in raising four daughters as a single mother led her to identify a gap in the market for local, empathetic and community-driven female realtors.

Her previous career as a Technology Sales Representative facilitated the development of strong interpersonal and communication strategies, being highly motivated to cultivate long-lasting relationships while ensuring all of her client’s needs are heard, understood and exceeded.

Following a major lifestyle change when relocating from the Perth Hills to Rivervale, Sandra developed a profound appreciation and deep happiness when provided the opportunity to move into her dream neighbourhood.

Determined to solve the anxiety, stress and frustration that often arises when buying or selling, she comprehends and aims to minimise many of the challenge’s faced by individuals, couples and parents when deciding to buy or sell their home.

She highly values family and community interaction, offering frequent support as a volunteer at Victoria Park Xavier Hockey Club, cheering loudly on the sidelines of her daughter’s track cycling pursuits and providing endless entertainment to the residents of Rivervale who watch her chase after her two beloved and mischievous mini dachshunds.
