As a tenant, Bourkes has been the best agent I have ever had. Everything was always explained very clearly and communication is great (even though I don’t always respond in a timely fashion). Inspections were conducted regularly and any issues picked up were dealt with promptly so they look after the property very well for the owners. If I raised any issues they were also dealt with promptly. Unfortunately I am now moving interstate otherwise I would continue to rent with them.”
