The ninth annual awards ceremony was held on 22nd February at Crown Palladium, Melbourne, hosted by comedian Jimmy Rees and featured keynotes from industry expert Tom Panos.
The RateMyAgent Awards recognises Australia’s top real estate agents, agencies, property managers and mortgage brokers and celebrates their dedication to the highest standards of customer service.
The event is the only real estate industry awards where customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of the selection criteria, rather than sales volume.
Award winners and nominees are the most highly recommended performers by local Australian vendors, landlords and buyers. They are selected based on customer satisfaction ratings across the country and total number of reviews collected.
